ScoringTime® ("ScoringTime," "we," "us," or "our") is a real estate buyer intelligence platform that helps agents and their clients evaluate, score, and compare properties. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your personal information with care, transparency, and integrity.

Information you provide directly
When you create an account, use our scoring tools, or contact us, you may provide:

- Real estate license information (for agents)
- Property addresses and scoring data entered during showings
- Photos uploaded through the scoring tool

When you use our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Information about your clients
Agents may enter information about their buyer clients — such as name, email, and phone number — in order to set up scoring sessions. Agents are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to share client information with our platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the ScoringTime platform
- Creating and managing your account and scoring sessions
- Sending transactional communications such as confirmations, account alerts, and support responses
- Processing payments and managing billing
- Improving platform features, performance, and user experience

Data portability
Upon request, we can provide you with an export of the scoring data associated with your account in a machine-readable format.

ScoringTime is intended for use by real estate professionals and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform.
